Make your way into the water and join us for swim practice. Athletes will have the opportunity to compete in a time trials practice meet and the Special Olympics District meet.
You must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted to register for this program. This is not a swim lesson program. Individuals in the program must have stroke knowledge and be able to swim independently. One-piece swim suits are required for female swimmers. Swim trunks or jammers are required for male swimmers.
GOALS: To increase cardiovascular fitness and gross motor coordination, improve goal-setting abilities, and improve swimming strokes.
