Returning and new runners of all paces are welcome for our fall session of Frunner Club. Training partners will work with you at your own pace. Enjoy the fall weather and get some exercise by training for a 5K race. Please wear shoes with proper support and weather appropriate clothing.
*We will be training for CUSR’s Cupcake 5K, held on November 8.
GOALS: Improve cardiovascular fitness and ability to interact with others, and increase self confidence.
