Fitness Frenzy

Get motivated exercising with a friend! Participants will be paired with a CUSR staff member who will exercise with them for one hour, twice a week, for 8 weeks. Workouts will be planned to meet participants’ individual fitness goals and can be scheduled when it is convenient for both partners.
