CU Able
CU Able is a local nonprofit that connects families in Champaign-Urbana with disability resources, hosts inclusive community events and resource giveaways, and builds online networks.
Development Services
Champaign County RPC Developmental Disabilities Services
RPC provides job support, community day services, and community living support. Participants are assigned case managers to help achieve their transition goals.
Community Choices
Community Choices focuses on community involvement, job placement, and employment support. They also provide job coaches to help individuals succeed in their positions.
Developmental Services Center
Developmental Services Center (DSC) provides a wide range of support, including day programs, job skills training and placement, group home opportunities, and transportation to and from their programs.
PACE Transition Services
PACE offers services to assist youth transitioning from secondary education to post-secondary education, secondary education into work, and re-entering school.
Healthcare
The Autism Program of Illinois
The Autism Program of Illinois (TAP) is run by the University of Illinois and offers various resources to support individuals with autism and their families. They can provide guidance on behavioral support as well as connect you with organizations that offer therapy and other related services.
City of Champaign Mental Health Emergency Response Division
The City of Champaign Co-Responder Team helps individuals during behavioral health crises and other challenging situations. The team pairs trained police officers with Behavioral Health Advocates to provide immediate support, ensuring people feel safe, heard, and respected.

Champaign County Health Care Consumers
Champaign County Health Care Consumers (CCHCC) can help Champaign County residents apply for Disability benefits. Their free services include assistance with creating a Social Security account, applications, and appeals.
