Ages 14+ Grab your friends and join CUSR at the U of I Armory for ice skating. We will enjoy pizza before we skate. Admission and lunch are included in the program fee. GOALS: Increase socialization with peers, balance and coordination, and community awareness.

Ages 15+ Get fit with friends! Participants will work out with the CUSR staff once a week for an hour over a six-week period. Workouts will be planned to meet the groups individual fitness goals. GOALS: Increase gross motor coordination, physical fitness, and gain knowledge of proper fitness techniques.
