Ages 16-35 Experience the art of Taekwondo and gain overall exposure to the martial arts. CUSR has partnered with Tina and Jeff Newberry of Leader's for Life/Newberry's Martial Arts in order to provide comprehensive curriculum. This class will be taught by instructors who have years of experience teaching martial arts to individuals with and without disabilities. […]
