Sights & Sounds of Nature Scavenger Hunt

Ages: 16+

CUSR is teaming up with the Champaign Country Forest Preserve to offer a Sights & Sounds of Nature Scavenger Hunt. We’ll travel to Homer Lake in Homer, IL and keep our eyes and ears open as search for some unique finds and visit the natural playscape. After a quick picnic lunch, the group will explore everything that Homer Lake has to offer. Please be sure to bring a sack lunch with you.

GOALS: Increase socialization skills with peers and community members, enhance community awareness, and increase knowledge of nature, listening skills, and sightseeing skills
