Out & About – Weekends: Fox Ridge State Park

Ages 22+

Join your friends s we hike our way through the 2,064 acre park located in Charleston, Illinois. Turkey, deer, raccoons, a large variety of birds and lush foliage are some of the exciting things we’ll see. We will picnic in the park, so please pack a sack lunch! Bring a camera to snap some beautiful pictures in the park!

**Must be able to walk long distances. Trials are not accessible. Trails include slopes & hills. Please be prepared.

GOALS: To increase socialization while exploring the earth’s natural resources and environment, and to improve gross motor movement and endurance.
