Get ready to bench, squat, and more! Work out with Mack, and he’ll get you into shape. Training takes place twice a week in preparation for the Special Olympics Qualifier.
*Participants must purchase their own lifting suit and belt for competition.
GOALS: To improve overall strength and gross motor coordination, learn and practice weight room safety and etiquette, and improve goal-setting abilities.
