Returning and new runners: get ready for the fun spring session of Frunner Club. Runners of all paces are welcome and training partners will work with you at your own pace. Get outside and celebrate the return of warm weather by training to run a 5K on May 14. Please wear shoes with proper support and weather-appropriate clothing.
GOALS: To improve cardiovascular fitness, goal-setting abilities, and increase self-confidence
