Ages: 15+
Get fit and try new exercises with a friends! Participants will be paired with a CUSR staff member who will exercise with them twice a week for an hour, over 8 weeks. Workouts will be planned to meet the individual’s fitness goals, and can be scheduled when it is convenient for both partners.
GOALS: Increase gross motor coordination and physical fitness, gain knowledge of proper fitness techniques.
