Ages 15+
This fitness program is for anyone who enjoys playing basketball and wants to be in top physical condition for their sport. During the first 45 minutes of this program, participants will be led through a fitness and agility workout designed to work the major muscles used in basketball. After the workout, participants will have the option of working on specific basketball skills and scrimmaging for the remaining 45 minutes.
GOALS: Increase gross motor coordination and physical fitness.
