Ages 15+
This fitness program is for anyone who enjoys playing volleyball and wants to be in top shape for playing. During the first 45 minutes of this program, participants will be led through a fitness and agility workout designed to work the major muscles used in volleyball. After the workout, participants will practice volleyball skill drills and scrimmage for the remaining 45 minutes.
GOALS: Increase gross motor coordination and physical fitness.
