Fitness Frenzy

Get fit with friends! Participants will work out with the CUSR staff once a week for an hour over a six-week period. Workouts will be planned to meet the groups individual fitness goals.
GOALS: Increase gross motor coordination, physical fitness, and gain knowledge of proper fitness techniques.
Time: 2:30-3:30pm
