Ages: 13+

There is something for everyone at Track & Field. You can train for field events, running or walking events, sprints or long distance, and motorized or non-motorized wheelchair races. Athletes have the opportunity to compete at the District Track & Field meet.

*Please wear appropriate athletic clothing to practice- athletic shorts or sweatpants, t-shirts, and tennis shoes. Jeans and sandals of any kind are not allowed at practice.

GOALS: To increase gross motor coordination, improve athletic abilities, and improve communication and listening skills.

Dates: March 1-May 3

*If the athlete qualifies for state competition, the season will continue until June 11
