Need some extra motivation to get fit? Try exercising with a friend! Participants will be paired with a CUSR staff who will exercise with them for an hour, twice a week, for 8 weeks. Workouts will be planned to meet participant’s individual fitness goals, and can be scheduled when it is convenient for both partners. GOALS: Increase gross motor coordination and physical fitness, gain knowledge of proper fitness techniques.
